You've done all your research, you know everything about this car, every detail, every feature, every design element and technical specification and you're absolutely in love; ready to purchase. The only problem is there are only a few in the world and they are all sold out… indefinitely.  

We’ve all been there where we’ve desired something so bad but it was just slightly out of reach. But now imagine instead that this was actually your dream home, you’ve had your heart set on living in this one particular luxury building in beautiful West Palm Beach and you ONLY want this building. You love the city, the lively and beautiful surrounding area, the intracoastal and ocean views from the expansive balconies, the luxury amenities, the privacy of the building, top of the line features, world-class service... simply put, you LOVE everything about this building and can envision your life here but there is no way to purchase. This was the case for our Buyer’s Agent, Mariah’s clients. The couple loved the luxury Bristol Palm Beach building and ONLY wanted to purchase in this building, but the problem was there was absolutely no inventory - none!

 

In an effort to go above and beyond for these clients the team got to work to create an opportunity where there wasn't any. Our Listing Agent Wolf Velasco and Buyers Agent Jonathan Santiago were so committed to assisting their team member and her clients that they began reaching out and calling existing Bristol West Palm Beach owners to see if they had or would consider selling. With call after call, no after no, the team persisted. After consistent work we eventually found a seller! We were extremely thankful that our clients were not only patient but also trusted us to make their home purchase dreams come true. This Bristol unit was a second home for the existing owner with his primary residence on Palm Beach. Initially he was interested but not completely sure if it was something he wanted to do but had a willingness to hear about the opportunity. We were able to add value to both our buyers and sellers and ultimately get them both what they wanted. Our buyers purchased their dream home, this beautiful 3,826 square foot, 3 bed and 3.5 bath (inner unit floor plan)  Bristol condo, and our seller got the price he wanted. In the process we managed to set a record for the highest selling-price for an inner unit floor plan at the Bristol for 11.9M. We’ve now closed over 50M in the Bristol Palm Beach.
